Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 u ALL Highway 18 from Snow Valley to Big Bear Dam will be closed starting Monday, April 25th- Friday April 29th from 9:00am to 4:00pm. The road will be fully closed (24 hours) from 9:00am on April 27th to 4:00pm on April 28th. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Units are not air-conditioned. Fans may be rented for a fee. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Units are not air conditioned. Fans may be requested if needed. The resort has two (2) three-story buildings with no elevators. There is no restaurant on-site. On-site parking is limited to one space per suite. Outdoor pool is closed during the winter. The spa is open year round. The property does not have roll away beds.
