Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. This fee charged if room is left messy. Take out trash, run dishwasher before leaving. Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. A credit card security deposit is required at check-in. Limited parking onsite No boat parking No RV parking No large vehicle parking Minimum age check in is 25. Yes No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL Guests MUST arrive for check-in between 4pm and 7pm on Saturday, although these hours are subject to change. The resort NO longer allows guests to check in after hours via lockbox without a credit card on file before arrival. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. RCI inbounds must have written Confirmation or Guest Certificate in order to check-in at the resort. THE PERSON PRINTED ON THE RCI CONFIRMATION MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Office hours for checking in are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9am - 4pm, and Saturday 4pm -7pm. Closed Wednesdays & Sundays. A Visa or Mastercard imprint is taken upon arrival, and held until the room is inspected after check-out. There is a $20 cash key deposit refunded when keys are returned at check out. The resort has re-opened after damage from Hurricane Ian. However, there are no on-site amenities and no beach access until October. If the resort is not able to contact the inbound prior to arrival, and they don’t arrive during check-in times, the resort will not be able to accommodate them until the following day.
