Mandatory club card fee is 50.00 to 60.00 Euros, per week, per room, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 150 Euros . Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory tourist tax per person per day fee is 2.00 Euros for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Leisure card fee is 50 to 70 Euros . Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. The mandatory club card includes the utility fees, weekly linen change, and daily tidying up. The additional fees from the 1st of June to the 15th of September cover the use of the swimming pool, the tennis court (1 hour per day), and the shuttle service (Sunday to Friday) to the town of Assisi. Reception hours October through March are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Reception hours April through September are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The normal check-in day is Saturday. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Smoking is not allowed in units. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception area. The swimming pool is closed on Saturdays. Caps are needed to use the swimming pool. Unit numbers with an asterisk (*) are mansards, meaning the ceilings are low and inclined. The air-conditioning is not working in units 7/A* ,7/B* ,7/C1,7/D1,7/C,7/D,10/44,10/45*,10/46*, and heating is available starting October 15 annually. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal.
