Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 111.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Limited parking onsite No RV parking No trailers Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL RCI reservations are for units in Tower 4 across the street from the beach. Tower 4 check-in is Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9 am-5 pm. If arriving outside these hours go to the Tower 2 check-in desk, open 24 hrs. An additional fee is charged for exceeding the maximum occupancy of your assigned unit. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Smoking is not allowed in units. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. Motorcycle rallies are in May & October each year and cause loud noise & traffic. Call the resort or go online to check on the rally dates. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Resort enforces a non-smoking policy. Units are non-smoking (including the balcony), and there is a USD $250 fine for smoking violations. Club Wyndham VIP owners exchanging into Wyndham Ocean Boulevard Resort through RCI will NOT receive any Wyndham VIP benefits, as that is a separate program.
