Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. No consecutive or concurrent reservations allowed. The 1 in 4 year rule does NOT apply to RCI Points resort VPC1 owners, Eastern Slope Inn (0458, 5795), or Attitash Mountain Village (0537, 5796, 7913). The 1 in 4 year rule applies to all Points and Weeks exchanges, and the 1 in 4 year rule is subject to change. This resort is comprised of many buildings and only some units are ground floor units.
