Mandatory resort fee is 45.00 U.S. dollars, per stay, . Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 1000.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Units are not air conditioned, but fans are provided. Stairs are required to access all units, and resort is located at 8200 ft elevation, so any guests with breathing or walking difficulties should take this into account before confirming their reservation. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The Resort Fee includes one parking pass. If additional parking spaces are needed, an additional fee will be required. There is an additional fee if you want to park a trailer on property. Firewood can be purchased at local supermarkets. The nearest restaurant is 20 miles away. During the Spring and Fall seasons, local attractions and restaurants may be closed, so it is best to bring groceries with you. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties.
