Resort amenities fee is 14.74 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. Any confirmed requests for changes to the unit configuration may require an upgrade fee and housekeeping fee. The resort charges a fee of $12.99 plus tax, totaling $14.74 per unit per day. The three-bedroom unit is a lockout unit consisting of a one-bedroom and a mini-suite, where the 3rd bedroom is a den by day and a bedroom at night with a pull-out queen sofa. This unit is also called a two-bedroom deluxe unit via the location website. Unit consists of 2 Double beds 2 Queen pull out sofas and 1 King bed. Resort offers Hotel, Stuido, 1BR, 2BR and 3BR accomidations. Please check your confirmation to make sure you have booked the correct room size and occupancy. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. The housekeeping fee is currently only generated on reservations of less than 7 nights. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
