Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Some two-bedroom units are adjoining lock-off units and the resort can share details on the unit configuration. Some one-bedroom units do not have a dishwasher. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Annual pest control takes place from August through October, and during these months, pest control inspectors may need to access your unit. The resort staff apologizes for any inconvenience. There are only elevators in some buildings. If you will arrive after the scheduled check-in time, or will not be arriving at all, please contact the property in advance at (407) 397-2828. Please be advised that reservations can only stay a combined total of 3 weeks (or utilize 3 units) per 12 month period within the following group of resorts per account.
