Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for the correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information in relation to works which may be happening during your holiday, please contact the Resort directly. If arriving late, please notify the resort in advance. The resort offers a daily shuttle service to Puerto De Mogan and Puerto Rico for a fee. Parking near the resort area is very limited. The resort is not recommended for guests with walking disabilities and is not accessible by wheelchair. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
