Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 GBP . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Fees charged for some utilities. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Please ensure that extra care is taken on the balconies with children as gaps are larger than normal. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
