Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 GBP . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Fees charged for some utilities. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Please contact Resort for any late bookings {24/48 hours prior to check in} to arrange arrival details. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Parking spaces in the resort´s car park are limited to one car per accommodation. No commercial or heavy goods vehicles, including vans, are allowed in the car park. The property is located on a clifftop. Some areas have steps and steep gradients. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. If arriving after midnight, please contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures.
