Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 55.00 USD for studio units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 65.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 85.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Parking fee is 7.47 USD for all units, per night, per unit. Cash or Credit is accepted. One car per unit, per night. Additional and oversized vehicles not permitted in garage or lot. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 2 ALL Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Members and guests are limited to no more than 4 weeks per calendar year and no more than 3 consecutive weeks at any combination of Club Boardwalk Resorts (DR81, D676, 5302, and 7609). This includes Exchanges, Extra Vacations, Last Call Vacations, and Bonus Weeks. Reservations for more than 7 days may require a unit change. Maximum occupancy in a unit is 14 days. Reservations exceeding 14 days will require a unit change.
