Owner Notes

I have second two bedroom unit for rent during the same time-frame
(December 7-14, 2025) and will give a 10% reduction for anyone booking
both units simultaneously. This is perfect for a large family going to
Kauai or four couples together.

Also, I will give a 10% reduction for booking at least 60 days in
advance. Renter will be responsible for all occupant and Hawaii taxes.
