This is a 1 Bedroom Premium Villa with a fabulous Ocean View - ideal for
a family or 4 adults. The one bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of
drawer and shelving space, along with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, pocket
doors to the living room and sliding door to the large balcony. The
bathroom is huge with two sinks, separate toilet and shower glass
enclosures, along with a large whirlpool tub. The fully equipped kitchen
and dining area make it easy to prepare meals and eat inside or on the
large private balcony. Living room has a queen pull-out sofa bed and
HDTVs, DVD player and Bose system. There is a washer and dryer in the
unit.

There are several communal patios on the property with BBQs for grilling
