If you have been to Marriott's Newport Coast Villas you know what to expect. If you haven't, you are in for the experience of a lifetime. Two bedroom two bath villas, with 2 sleeper sofas to sleep 8 comfortably. A full kitchen, washer & dryer and everything that you need to enjoy yourself for the week. 5 pools, 4 hot tubs, fire pits, bbq's, adult activities, kids activities, tennis, putting green, basketball hoops, theater, beaches, shuttles & more! A 10 minute walk to Crystal Cove State Park's pristine beach. Other nearby beaches include Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach. Disney or Knott's Berry Farm are less than an hour away and LA or San Diego are just a little further. Or go nowhere at all and just lay back and enjoy all the resort has to offer. Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM. We know the resort extremely well and can help you select the perfect location for you and your family. The rental rate includes all taxes and fees and there are no parking charges. You can rent with confidence as I've rented these units for many years on RedWeek. Thank you for your interest!
