This is a nice bright, very spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom condo with a great ocean view. It has a rare double length lanai and an oceanfront master bedroom. Dine, enjoy a glass of wine on your lanai and never miss an awesome sunset or green flash!....no need to leave your lanai. Lanai also has 2 extra loungers. Second bedroom can have its twin beds made into a king. Fully equipped, full sized kitchen. Master bedroom is oceanfront and opens to double lanai. The resort has 3 different pools, 2 are heated in the winter time which is very rare in Hawaii, 3 different hot tubs. From this condo, you have easy access to rooftop conversation firepit and sofas, barbecues, full gym, golf putt and tennis/pickleball courts. The grounds are lovely with more barbecues and seating areas well placed. Food trucks and a fresh marketer comes to the resort. Very close to other south shore beaches, shopping and fresh food markets. One of the best winter snorkeling locations on Kauai is right in front of the resort with access from a sandy beach. On site concierge service for all your activity needs/bookings, including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc. The condo has an elevator, or a use a wide easy stairway. RW Member since 2003.
