This is a nice bright, very spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom condo with
a great ocean view. It has a rare double length lanai and an oceanfront
master bedroom. Dine, enjoy a glass of wine on your lanai and never miss
an awesome sunset or green flash!....no need to leave your lanai. Lanai
also has 2 extra loungers. Second bedroom can have its twin beds made
into a king.
Fully equipped, full sized kitchen. Master bedroom is oceanfront and
opens to double lanai.
The resort has 3 different pools, 2 are heated in the winter time which
is very rare in Hawaii, 3 different hot tubs. From this condo, you have
easy access to rooftop conversation firepit and sofas, barbecues, full
gym, golf putt and tennis/pickleball courts. The grounds are lovely with
more barbecues and seating areas well placed. Food trucks and a fresh
marketer comes to the resort. Very close to other south shore beaches,
shopping and fresh food markets. One of the best winter snorkeling
locations on Kauai is right in front of the resort with access from a
sandy beach. On site concierge service for all your activity
needs/bookings, including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc. The condo
has an elevator, or a use a wide easy stairway.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
