HOLIDAY WEEK IS $4000 for the full week: Brisbee week, Thanksgiving week,

The remaining 38 weeks are $3600!
We can also break this 2 bedroom lockoff unit up into a 1 bedroom and a
studio for 2 weeks for the Same price.
The resort charges $1300/day plus service charge and taxes.
There are no additional charges other than what you decide to charge to
your room.
It says there are extra taxes that the resort charges but you can REFUSE
TO PAY we we always do!
We ask for a deposit of 50% at the time of reservation and then 60 days
oprior to your travel dates, we ask for the remaining balance.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
