We own 2 weeks at Orange Lake and now that are children are adults it is
difficult for us to make it back to Orlando. This unit is in the West
Village over Thanksgiving week but we can use points to book any time and
especially now is the time to book for Spring Break 2025!! The weather is
still warm for enjoying all the pools and the new River Island if you are
booking now. We loved Disney and Seaworld with our children at any time
of the year. We have enjoyed our weeks at Orange Lake every April and
November. Our children loved just spending time at Orange Lake at North
village Splash Lagoon pool or at River Island lazy river and pools. They
also enjoy the 36 hole Putt-Putt golf. Of course, there is golf for the
adults too!
We can check availability for any week as we do not reserve the week we
own, instead, we look for availability for the week you need!! We have
many repeat renters through Redweek.
Please contact us for availability. We own 2 weeks at Orange Lake so we
have the ability to book for less than 7 days and to book for 14 days or
more depending on the village requested and points required for the dates
chosen. We have booked 3 day weekends, 4 day and 5 day RENTALS when
someone is already on property and wants to stay longer (prices
determined based on points and village requested)!! We have also booked a
3 bedroom unit when needed at an additional charge. We can check
availability in the East Village, North Village and River Island also. If
you are set on a particular village and it is a peak time, there may be
an increase in the rental depending on the points required. We will
notify you of each village available for your dates and if there will be
any charges to stay in one village over another.
We are able to use our points to book at these locations also: Las Vegas
- At Desert Club, Myrtle Beach - South Beach Resort, Scottsdale Arizona -
Scottsdale Resort, Gatlinburg, Tennessee - Smoky Mountain Resort,
Williamsburg Virginia - Williamsburg Resort and many more!
The rental reservation will be booked in your name and you will receive
email verification of the reservation. We have been renting out our
timeshare for the last several years and have repeat renters.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
