Hello. We are putting this rental posting in here at Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa . But you may choose from any ( 7 ) of the Villa Group Resorts in in CABO SAN LUCUS CANCUN PUERTO VALLARTA RIVIERA NAYARIT ISLE of LORETTO We can book any weeks in the year except for 51 & 52 Our rental price is $1,500/week in the summer season. May - October Our rental price is $1,850/week in the winter season. November - April Accommodations may vary slightly by location. The Islands of Loretto is our favorite. Next would be Villa del Arco in Cabo San Lucas. Next would be Riviera Nayarit (they call this one Flamingos). Next, the Villa del Palmar resort in Cancun, which is great as it has the ferry to Isla Mujeres right off its beach. Finally, Villa del Palmar Cabo has been refurbished, but we have not been there yet. I would not recommend VDP Puerto Vallarta. It is very dated, but is being renovated. We can book you additional rooms also by pulling forward future weeks of our membership. Additionally, and recently successful, 60 days prior to your Checkin we can upgrade your room to the 2BR dual suite for only $750 .. pending availability. So far, we are 4 for 6 on the requests. Ocean view is always based on availability at time of check in. All the resorts are U shaped with 90% of the rooms facing the pool & ocean. As our guest on our Gold Membership, you enjoy discounts on most everything at the resort such as Food, Beverage, Resort Activities, and off-site excursions, and Shopping at the Palmita Market Place. The amount of the discount will depend on if you elect to take the Sales Pitch. It is up to you. You do not have to take it. The All Inclusive Meal/Drink Plan is available for 3, 5, or 7 days at an additional cost. We usually do the 3 or 5 day plan. It runs about $140 per person per day. There are promotions usually available for this prior to checkin. I think at all the resorts, this gives you free use of kayak, snorkel, and paddle boards if available. We frequent the Loretto resort and we used the kayak and paddle boards every morning. Note. There is a resort fee of $6-10/day, depending on the resort. (they say it is for the room cleaning and garden/grounds staff. There is nothing we can do to get rid of it.) Thanks for looking. We look forward to hearing from you. Steve & Anna
