As of this posting, the months of JUNE & JULY are fully booked. Owners
can book 13 MONTHS in advance and with only 16 two bedroom units on the
property, so they book fast!
I also have a floating week in a 1BR/1BA unit for $2,000 - $2,200
depending on unit/view and number of nights. Any week AND day of the week
can be booked, if open. Give me your dates. I can split this unit into
nightly increments.
My 2 ownership weeks in 2025 are FLOATING, meaning *ANY WEEK* can be
booked, IF AVAILALBLE. *Christmas week is special ownership so that
cannot be reserved by me.
I have one week remaining in 2025 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. The
current rental is $3,025 - my maintenance fee. I am making ZERO off my
rental. I CANNOT break up the week into nightly increments so if you go
for less than 7 nights, the rate is still $3,025.00 per week.
Even as an owner, I CANNOT guarantee a particular floor or unit. The two
bedroom units are on floors 3, 4, 8 and 9 in the pyramid part of the
building. Only units on floors 3 & 4 have a cooktop, so let me know if
this is needed & will have them try to accommodate.
The 2BR units offer both ocean and West Maui mountain views from the
large, wraparound lanai. It has a table and 4 chairs for dining as well
as 2 lounge chairs.
The unit is a very spacious with a full kitchen with dishwasher, living
room and 6 chair dining table. Huge master bath with separate shower and
soaking tub. Master bedroom has a King Bed. Second BR has twin beds and
its own private bathroom . Unit sleeps 6 max, with the sofa bed in living
room.

KBC is close to everything. This resort has all the amenities you'd
expect from a Hilton Grand Vacations/Diamond Resorts Int'l property.
Great pool area (and separate kiddie pool w/slide), right on the beach
with restaurant, bar and snack bar, putt-putt course and a large
"Adults-only" hot tub.
They've done many improvements to this property. Rooms have recent
furniture and flooring updates. The daily parking fee is waived since you
would be using an owner's unit. There is a daily Hawaii occupancy tax
paid to the resort at time of check out.
There is a FREE washer and 2 dryers on every floor (they offer free
powdered detergent). They also have Crabtree & Evelyn shampoo,
conditioner and body wash in every shower :)

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
