Owner Notes
We have owned here since the resort opened in 2004 and have used our weeks here every year. We loved the area so much that in 2015 we purchased a home here in Myrtle Beach. Since then we began renting our weeks here at the OceanWatch. This is an Oceanside unit which means the unit is located in one of the 2 front buildings along the Main pools and ocean. The exact unit is not assigned until checkin as this is how Marriott operates. This unit is a Sunday checkin (July 20th) and for 7 days and we are asking $3300 for the week.
