This is a 7 day rental based upon availability. I will check for any 7
day of the week check in if within 8 months away from booking (LOWER air
fares than weekends & less crowded). Let me know if you will consider a
studio or a 1 bedroom less expensive rental and the number of adults and
children (Nanea 1 b/rm Premium 840 sq. ft. sleeps 4, 2 b/rm Villa is
1,260 sq. ft. & sleeps up to 6 max). The Westin has 2 other sister
resorts within easy walking distance to each other which allows you to
have access to three different resort swimming pools as well as poolside
restaurants (bring your pool towels from Nanea with you if you visit the
other Ka'anapali pools). There is complementary self parking or they
offer valet parking for an additional fee. You will also likely be
provided an onsite owner restaurant discount card when checking in. There
is also an ~ $30 Maui occupancy tax per day that will be collected by the
resort. We had good luck with Uber if you decide not to rent a car and
use the FREE shuttle for the scheduled hourly round trip stops from the
resort to the Cannery Mall and to Whaler's Village for shopping and
dining.
These 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villas or a 1 b/rm Villa overlooks the resort
(RESORT VIEW) and rooms are assigned at check in. They also offer a full
stove top oven in the kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave,
utensils, coffee maker, dishware, cookware and a washer and dryer, so you
don't need to pack extra clothes for an extended visit!. These 2 bedroom
units provide a spacious 1,260 square feet of living and lounging area,
including a lanai with outdoor table and chairs, 2 King size beds with an
additional fold out sofa bed in the living room to sleep up to 6 people.
I can also check for availability at Ka'anapali N. and S. and their 2
bedroom units will sleep up to 8, 1 b/rm up to 4. Please let me know how
many adults and children will be traveling with you.
Maui is such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit with your closest
friends and family. The dining (be sure to eat at Duke's, a short walk
down the beach board walk to your right- book your reservation before
leaving and don't forget the Hula pie for dessert) and shopping and the
beauty of the island are breath taking with Westins free shuttle service
to Whalers Village and a great reef right off of the beach for snorkeling
(book your Luau early with the fresh flower lei greeting). Any rentals 4
months or less out must be paid in full before I can book. If booking
further out, I will reserve the available room once a deposit has been
received. The reservation will be changed into your contract rental name
(as it appears on your driver's license) once all funds are received and
I have received a completed and signed rental contract from the person
actually staying at the resort.
Surprisingly, one of my wife's favorite conveniences is the washer and
dryer because we don't have to pack as many clothes and if our bathing
suit or favorite pair of shorts gets dirty, just throw it in the washer
and it is fresh and clean ready for the next outing. We usually keep
wine, drinks, cheese and assorted local fruits in the fridge and have a
late night snack with a glass of wine out on the Lanai each evening and a
cup of coffee sitting out on the Lanai greeting each new day.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
