In 2021, Hilton Grand Vacations purchased Diamond Resorts. Then, Hilton Grand Vacations quickly rebranded these Diamond resorts and placed them within the Hilton Vacation Club portfolio of resorts. A brand new branch of Hilton Grand Vacations at the time, the Hilton Vacation Club is known as a collection of upscale, family-friendly resorts that complement Hilton Grand Vacations resorts.
Upon Hilton Vacation Club’s absorption of these Diamond properties, Hilton began to both refurbish and bring the resorts up to Hilton’s high safety and service standards. However, the original splendor and luxury of these Diamond Resorts has remained the same, if not improved, after these changes.
No More Diamond Resorts Memberships
As of now, Hilton Grand Vacations owns Diamond Resorts entirely.
