I'm offering my annual JULY and AUGUST five-night weekday packages from July 21 through August 29, based on availability as dates are limited. 5-night packages are only $190 per night ($950 total) including ALL taxes and ALL cleaning fees! All my vacation units here comfortably sleep four with 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen. The king-size bedroom suite with private bath offers complete privacy from your party using the living room sofa-bed and additional full bath. These units all have modern, up to date, and spotless interiors and also feature either a ground floor patio OR top floor balconies. All are air-conditioned vacation rentals and all feature strong wi-fi, free local phone calls, and 2 TV's with lots of cable channels. All are fully stocked with bed linens, bath towels, toiletries, and all kitchen needs. Pool towels are also available. Pool, kiddie pool, 2 Jacuzzi's, BBQ's and picnic tables. Clubhouse with pool table, multiple tennis courts, and a free laundry facility is on site. Lobby is open 24/7 with free AM coffee. Free and safe off-street permitted parking for 1 car is included in the rate. The World-Class Tracton's Steakhouse and the Fish Market Restaurant/Sushi Bar are on the resort property. A Hair Salon is also onsite. IMMEDIATE AREA STUFF- The Winners Circle Beach/Tennis Resort is just a 10 minute WALK TO THE BEACH. It' even closer to the DEL MAR RACETRACK, just across the street, and closer yet using the Resort's on demand Del Mar Racetrack Shuttle. Walk just a few minutes more to the Solana Beach Train Station and all the cool Cedros Avenue shops. In the other direction but equally close is Whole Foods, McDonalds, Milton's Deli, Italian and Mexican in the shopping center! We're close to everything!
