Resort Messages

There is construction of a new hotel next to the resort causing noise and dust. Mandatory resort fee is 35.00 USD, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Limited parking onsite No boat parking No large vehicle parking No RV parking Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 1 bedroom units for 4 are most suited to 2 adults and 2 children as they are small. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. During Spring Break weeks, the primary guest responsible for checking in must be at least 23 years old and present when the travel party checks in or the reservation will not be honored. This policy will be strictly enforced. The resort kiddie pool is the only pool closed at this time.
