Restaurant will be closed from September 11, 2024 to December 31, 2027. The restaurant is closed until further notice. One-bedroom unit balconies at Woodford Bridge are undergoing refurbishments and will be unusable. Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. 7 Please contact the resort in advance if you will arrive after 5 pm. Upon check-in, all guests occupying the unit are required to present a valid form of identification along with the reservation paperwork. Check-in is after 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. Vehicle parking spaces are limited to one parking space per room, and a parking permit must be visible on all vehicles. The additional cleaning fee is £40 per cleaning, and an extra set of towels is £4 per person. The bar is open from Monday through Saturday, from 5 pm until 10 pm. You can also enjoy coffee and cakes from 3 pm until 5 pm. People with walking difficulties should contact the resort to arrange suitable accommodations before check-in. Limited telephone signals are available on all networks, but landline telephones are provided in the units. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. The resort applies this policy strictly. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
