Owner has two weeks available from September 1 through September 16, 2008. This unit is a two-story villa with it's own heated lap swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Unit also has a hot tub on the top deck. This is unit # 13. Unit comes with 5 flat screen TV's, laundry room with washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, utensils, and cooking equipment, and computer and Internet access in the family room. Family room comes with a fireplace and is located downstairs. All the rooms come with full length windows that overlook the ocean. The climate during that time of year is between 75 and 78 degrees. The villas itself is located at one of the highest points in the community, which has a prominent view of the ocean. A golf course is in the process of being built for the owners of Montecristo Estates. There is highly secured security, all maintenance and gardening is included. There is also daily maid service. Being an owner of this resort allows you access to all Pueblo Bonito resorts in Mexico. Affiliated with Pueblo Bonito Resort at Sunset Beach, Montecristo Estates enjoys access to the beach, pools, scuba diving, snorkeling, tennis, fitness center, restaurant, shuttles, and concierge services.
