The Coosawattee River Resort is located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain Range, just minutes from the quaint town of Ellijay and a little over an hour from Atlanta. This gated community encompasses over 8,500-acres. The Coosawattee River and Mountaintown Creek flow through the property and provide endless hours of fishing and watersports! Amenities include an indoor pool with locker rooms, volleyball court, tennis court, miniature golf, exercise room, game room, campground, and snack bar. Throughout the property are two additional pools, tennis courts, five parks, a teen center, fishing pond, walking and hiking trails, an equestrian center, and multiple general use areas. This facility is also known as A.H.C. at Eagles Mountain.
