Praia da Gale is a quiet and secluded area about five miles west of Albufeira. Hotel Apartmento Vila Gale, situated back from the Monchique mountains, looks out over the Atlantic Ocean. In summer, the beach offers all types of water sports. On site, there is a restaurant, bar, snack bar, and many facilities for children. Also, there is miniature golf on site and a game room with two snooker tables and table games.
