The village of Warmbad is just 2 km from the town of Villach, which is 500m above sea level, close to the Italian and Slovenian borders. This is a year round holiday area with many sports facilities and spa treatments. In winter there is downhill skiing within 12 km, skating, sleigh rides and tobogganing and in summer, mountain biking, horse riding, hiking, sightseeing, watersports on the lakes in the area plus interesting excursions to Tarvisio, Klagenfurt and Lake Bled. Guests at the resort may use the water fun-park of The Erlebnis Therme at discounted prices.
