This fine Resort of International Distinction is located in the picturesque community of Canmore, nestled in the Bow Valley and bordering Banff National Park. As a legacy of the 1988 Winter Olympics, the Canmore Nordic Center offers 31-miles of cross-country skiing trails in winter and paved trails for hiking, cycling, and in-line skating in summer. Downhill skiers can choose from Lake Louise, Sunshine, Norquay, Fortress Mountain, and Nakiska. Marked hiking trails are almost unlimited. Four world-class, 18-hole golf courses and the famous Banff Springs Hotel facilities are nearby. Amenities include full kitchens, in unit laundry facilities, in unit fireplaces, exercise facilities, full service health club, children's activities, spa, sauna, pool, tennis, and a great restaurant. This property is affiliated with the Royal Club International family of resorts and was formerly known as the Chateau Canmore Quality Resort.

If you accept the services of a real estate broker/agent, a transaction fee, commission, and/or closing costs may be charged to either the buyer and/or seller. There is no guarantee that any timeshare period can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular period of time. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers are sent directly to the timeshare owner or the owner's designated real estate broker. Due to privacy concerns, direct contact information for owners is not available on TSO’s website. Owners are entitled to a refund of the advertising fee if they provide TSO with notice of cancellation of their advertisement within three (3) business days from the day their advertisement becomes active on TSO’s website.
