The suite was very nice and spacious. The service was great at check-in and out. Very luxurious, great for kids with plenty of activities. Close to everything. No need to drive. Only thing we did not like is that it was very croweded, not enough chairs. Pool water was not very clean.

The resort is very nice, we've stayed there several years now. We didn't get an oceanfront room this year though, which was a little disappointing. We weren't promised one but was told to me that we should be able to get one. We also has left a request to get a room on a lower floor and when we checked in, they said they had no record of a request. They were able to move us around to the 8th floor.
