There are several pools on-site, both indoor and outdoor, as well as fishing piers, a full service marina, tennis, and children's activities. Local attractions include the 18th-century homes of Beaufort and the North Carolina Aquarium. This property is affiliated with Festiva family of Resorts.

The Peppertree was absolutely wonderful!!!! The 1 bedroom condo was super and the overall facility was excellent. We loved it and had a fabulous vacation!

This is the fourth year here. I have two children, 1 & 3years old. There couldn’t be a better resort for them. There are plenty of accommodations, the rooms are a nice size, The only thing that I don’t like is the staff and their inconsideration toward guests.

This resort is great. I have 3 children and the pools are their Favorite. The rooms are nice and roomy, but my only complaint comes with their cleanliness. We found several roaches. This is the fifth year we visited here and our first problem. Otherwise this is the perfect place to bring my family for vacation.

If you accept the services of a real estate broker/agent, a transaction fee, commission, and/or closing costs may be charged to either the buyer and/or seller. There is no guarantee that any timeshare period can be rented or sold at any particular price or within any particular period of time. Any offers submitted by prospective buyers are sent directly to the timeshare owner or the owner's designated real estate broker. Due to privacy concerns, direct contact information for owners is not available on TSO’s website. Owners are entitled to a refund of the advertising fee if they provide TSO with notice of cancellation of their advertisement within three (3) business days from the day their advertisement becomes active on TSO’s website.
