Timeshare Resales - Is now a good time to sell my timeshare?
The timeshare industry has experienced tremendous growth over the last decade and many analysts predict continued growth in the decade to come, making timeshare resales more attractive now than ever.
Timeshare continues to lead the hospitality industry in growth, due in large part to innovation. The timeshare industry continues to meet the needs of vacationers by offering resort-style accommodations in the world's top tourist destinations that fit the active lifestyle of today's family.
Timeshare Resales - The Burgeoning Market
According to the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) website, in 2007 timeshare sales totaled $10.6 billion which represents a 6% increase over 2006. Timeshares Only, with its advertising reach and scale, has been at the forefront of this explosion in timeshare resales.
If I Sell My Timeshare, Will I Benefit?
In today’s market, both buyer and seller can benefit from timeshare resales. With the cost of hotel rooms on the rise, many families are considering the purchase of a timeshare as a way to lock-in today's prices for their future vacations. That means current sellers can take advantage of the surge in buyer momentum by posting their timeshare for sale or rent with Timeshares Only.
